Photography clubs
Photography clubs are a great way to hone your skills, through competition and learning programs, and connect with other people who share your passion for photography. I am a member of two clubs near my home in New Jersey. If you are nearby, interested in building your skills and socializing with other photographers, you should check them out.  If you are in NJ you can also go to the New Jersey Federation of Camera Clubs site to learn about the different clubs active throughout the state. If you are somewhere else, just do a web search for clubs in your area.
My Clubs
CamNats (Camera Naturalists Photo Club) - The Camera Naturalist Photo Club has been in existence since 1971 and is one of the few photography clubs in New Jersey dedicated strictly to the art of nature photography. Our members range from beginner to professional and we offer a great opportunity to anyone interested in photography to learn from other photographers who share a special appreciation for our natural world.
Morris Photocolor Club - Beginner to expert, whether you’d like to be inspired by the programs, learn from and share with fellow photographers, or enter your work into competition, MPC (Morris PhotoColor Club) has something for everyone. All that’s required is an interest in photography.
